This policy explains how SENOVA ("we", "us") handles your information when you browse this store, buy a ring, or use the companion app. It is written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us at info@senovaproducts.com.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and sign-in details when you create an account (including Google sign-in if you choose it).
• Order data — delivery address, phone number, and the items you purchase, used to fulfil your order and provide warranty service.
• Support data — messages you send us, so we can help you and improve our answers.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to keep the store secure and functioning.

Health data

Measurements from your ring — sleep, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen trends, and activity — are processed to give you insights in the companion app. This data:

• Belongs to you, and is never sold or used for advertising.
• Is never shared with employers, insurers, or data brokers.
• Can be exported or permanently deleted at your request.
• Is not medical advice — SENOVA is a wellness product, not a medical device.

How we use data

• To fulfil orders, deliver products, and provide warranty and support services.
• To operate the companion app and show you your own insights.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails only if you opt in — every email includes one-click unsubscribe.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who need it to run the product:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Couriers — name, address, and phone number, to deliver your order.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication and secure data storage.
• Email providers — to send transactional messages.

Each provider is bound by contract to use your data only for the service they provide to us. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to what's needed to support you. We keep order records for as long as required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes; account and health data are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
• Withdraw marketing consent with one click.
