1-year warranty, included.

What's covered

For 12 months from the date of delivery, your SENOVA ring and included charger are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, including:

• Sensor faults — heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, or motion sensing that stops working under normal use.
• Battery defects — battery life substantially below specification that isn't caused by wear-related degradation.
• Charging faults — the ring or included charger failing to charge correctly.
• Structural defects — cracking, delamination, or sensor-window failure under normal wear.
• Water-resistance failure within the stated 5m rating.

What's not covered

• Cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, and finish wear from normal daily use.
• Accidental damage — crushing, impacts, loss, or theft.
• Unauthorised modification or disassembly of the ring.
• Damage from use outside the product guidelines (for example, scuba diving beyond the rating).
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers.

Making a claim

Claims are simple:

• Email info@senovaproducts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video if relevant.
• Our team responds within one business day with next steps.
• If the ring needs to come back to us, we'll provide instructions — return shipping for valid warranty claims is on us.

Repair or replacement

Valid claims are resolved with a repair or a replacement ring of the same model and finish, at our discretion, typically within a few business days of receiving the unit. Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of purchase. For returns unrelated to defects, see our shipping & returns policy.
